Sarah Geronimo was rumored to have offered by GMA network with an exclusive contract of a whopping P600-P800 million. But Sarah allegedly turned down the offer, according to a video uploaded on YouTube 'Sarah G Updates'. Adding that the said contract is exclusive for 5-years under GMA network.
The multimillion dollar offer would have been the largest the singer had ever received, and it appears that due to her loyalty to the kapamilya network she decided to remain a free bird!
"Hindi kinagat kasi ng nagiisang Asia's Popstar Royalty sa si Sarah Geronimo dahil ang kaniyang loyalty ay nasa Kapamilya network... Na wala pa umanong definite project para sa kanya," said Kapitan Sisa, the host of the show.
Meanwhile, veteran entertainment columnist, Cristy Fermin, revealed that the negotiations for Sarah's husband, Matteo Guidicelli to transfer for GMA are still ongoing. He is eyed to do a travel show similar to Drew Arellano's 'Byahe ni Drew.'
It's worth imagining that Sarah will continue to appear on ABS-CBN's musical variety show 'ASAP', and reportedly will be doing some projects as a "freelance" artist for ABS-CBN.
According to rumors ABS-CBN still couldn't afford to pay Php2 - P3 million per week talent fee for Sarah.
