The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Region 6 (DSWD-6) has advised the public to schedule an appointment online via forms or email, for those who wouldn't be able to receive their Educational Assistance on Saturday, August 20.
Due to the chaotic line that have been experienced on the first day distribution of cash assistance, DSWD FIELD OFFICE VI released the registration form that is now available online.
Please note that this is intended for Region 6 or Western Visayas residents only.
