1. Send all requirements for verification to DSWD REGION 8 email address: inquiry.fo8@dswd.gov.ph

- DSWD Field Office VIII building, Government Center, Candahug, Leyte
- Biliran: Castin St., Brgy. Tagnipa Poblacion, Maasin City
- Samar: Brgy. San Policarpo, Calbayog City, Samar
- Brgy 13, San Francisco St., Catbalogan City, Samar
- Easter Samar: 2nd floor, Chinabank Building Brgy. Balud, Borongan City
- Northern Samar: Sitio Macopa, Brgy. Macagtas, Catarman, Northern Samar.
2. Wait for the confirmation text from the DSWD that contains the date and place where the assistance will be given.
