57-YEAR OLD TEACHER DIES DUE TO ALLEGE OVERWORK IN ALBAY

School just opened in August. But it seems that many of our teachers are adjusting to their work system, especially since the face-to-face class was stopped for two years.

Now that the class is back, it seems that the teachers are facing more work, especially since many of the children still need to focus on reading, writing, numeracy, and other skills.

That's why it's inevitable that many teachers today seem tired from the day-long discussion with the students.

In an unexpected event, a teacher has just died while she was rendering her service in their school.

A teacher identified as Nora Atule Bolo in the town of Daraga died yesterday at 4 in the afternoon and the reason was that she was allegedly overworked.

The victim's relative said that she had informed her headmaster first if it was possible to miss her class because she was not feeling well, but the headmaster did not allow it because it was said that she needed to do CO (Class Observation) first.

Because of this, the said teacher was forced to go to school in order to arrange the things needed for her Class Observation scheduled on Tuesday, and this Monday afternoon, the teacher took the initiative to go to the Hospital after returning from school.

In the hospital, she fainted and still wearing her uniform. Her dedication to the profession she loved for almost a long time has lost her life forever.

The victim's family is now grieving because of what happened to the said teacher.

Meanwhile, Bicol Net TV's Kasurog Patrol Reporters continue to take the side of the said Principal. They await the statement of the leadership of DepEd SDO-Albay and even DepEd Regional Office 5.
