Onion bouquet? why not?
It's unusual indeed but this wedding bouquet has ended with a class, a major commodity in the Philippines due to its high price.
A bride in Iloilo City decided to hold a bunch red onions during her wedding instead of the usual flowers while she walk down the aisle.
The now viral photos was originally posted at RR Production Facebook page that gained social media reactions, sending everyone in awe!
"Our couple scheduled their wedding in the last day of Dinagyang. One of the most challenging weddings as the phone signals were shut down.
"Nevertheless, here are some interesting photos of our couple. Who says you can only hold flowers while walking down the aisle? Our bride decided not to use traditional flowers but instead used something that is now considered to be the most expensive in the market - red onions," the statement in the caption read.
During the height of the issue, good onions in the Philippines sells for up to more than P700 per kilo in Metro Manila.
