One of the contestants at the segment 'Bawal Judgmental' of 'Eat Bulaga' revealed that he fall to a plastic surgery scam that put his lives at risk.
According to Ellowe Alviso he undergo a plastic surgery not once but twice by a fake nurse and a legit doctor.

He was introduced by his friend to a fake nurse who knows how to inject the undisclosed substance to his face. He said that he was able to get a discounted price from P5000 to P500.
"Bali ng magpa-inject ako noong 2009 ng June, bali ang sinisingil po talaga sa'kin nungbakla po na nagpakilalang nurse at may alam sa nagturok, mag-inject, na ipinakilala ng isang kaibigan na ganito mangyayari, yung imbis na P5,000 ay P500 na lang ang ibigay," said Albiso.
Alviso was once a victim of abuse by his own cousin that lowered his self confident causing him to fall on the offer of the fake nurse that was recommended to him.
After the deal was closed, he received a shot where he was injected six times on his face that last for two years. At first, it turned out everything is well that helped his career in demand.
"After magpa-inject sa halagang P500 ng anim na beses, lima sa ilong at isa sa baba po, so gumanda naman po siya tumagal ng dalawang taon," Albiso recalled.
Later, the procedure went wrong, it sounds like something straight out of a nightmare that cause his nose to swell and affect his nasal passages.
He immediately go to the licensed doctor to seek help. He undergo a procedure where his doctor chose to get a part of skin from his neck. He said that he undergo 28 surgeries in eight years that resulted to a severe damaged on his neck.
He filed a case against the fake nurse where he won and paid P50,000, but unfortunately according to him he wasn't able to sue the doctor.
