Manila, Philippines – Ben&Ben, the nine-piece Filipino folk-pop band, has released their new single "Autumn," a poignant ballad about the emotional toll of long-distance relationships. The song, out now via Sony Music Entertainment, is an introspective exploration of the yearning and loneliness that come with being apart from loved ones.
Written in Canada during their North American tour, "Autumn" was inspired by the band's own experiences with long-distance relationships. Lead vocalist and guitarist Paolo Benjamin felt an aching desire to be with his significant other, and the song reflects the challenges and heartache of being separated by distance.
"A few months later, in early 2023, brother Miguel Benjamin completed the lyrics, also adding a bridge about being in different seasons, which really completed the message of the song," the band explains. "It speaks about themes of loneliness, yearning, and ultimately, hoping against hope that a new season will come."

"Autumn" marks a new chapter for Ben&Ben, showcasing their evolving sound and songwriting maturity. The song blends rich acoustic arrangements with lush textures and otherworldly touches, creating a captivating soundscape that perfectly captures the emotions of the lyrics.

The song is part of a three-part release that Ben&Ben will share in the coming weeks. Along with "Autumn," the band will release the full-band version of their new track "Courage" and a special collaboration with another artist on December 8, 2023.
