Holy Week Train Schedules for Metro Manila
Several adjustments will be made to public transportation schedules during Holy Week. Here's a breakdown of how the Light Rail Transit (LRT), Metro Rail Transit (MRT), and Philippine National Railways (PNR) will operate:

LRT-1: Regular operations will continue on March 25-26 (Holy Monday and Tuesday). However, trains will be suspended from March 27-31 (Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday) for annual maintenance. Service will resume on April 1.

LRT-2: Shortened hours will be implemented on March 27 (Holy Wednesday), with the first train leaving at 5:00 AM and the last train departing at 7:00 PM. No trains will operate from March 28-31 (Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday) due to maintenance. Regular operations will resume on April 1.

MRT-3: Regular operating hours will be in effect on March 27 (Holy Wednesday). Train services will be suspended from March 28-31 (Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday) for annual maintenance. Normal operations will resume on April 1.
PNR Suspension
The Philippine National Railways will undergo a more extensive change. Train services in Metro Manila will be suspended for five years starting March 28th. This suspension is to facilitate the construction of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project.
