After wrapping up her record-breaking residency in Munich, Adele tearfully announced that she would be taking an indefinite break following her final shows in Las Vegas.
"It's been an incredible three years, the longest I've ever toured," she told the audience. "I've got ten more shows to go in Vegas, but after that, I'm taking a long, long time off."
Adele explained that she needed a break to focus on her personal life. "I've spent the last seven years building a new life for myself, and I want to live it," she said, her voice filled with emotion. "I'll miss you all terribly."
