Dynamic Duo: Kevin Quiambao and Mike Phillips Power La Salle to Game 3

Manila, Philippines – The UAAP Season 87 Men’s Basketball Tournament was a showcase of exceptional talent, and two players who particularly shone were De La Salle University’s Kevin Quiambao and Mike Phillips.
 


Quiambao, a two-time MVP, solidified his status as one of the league’s premier players. His dominant performance in Game 2 of the Finals series against the University of the Philippines (UP) Fighting Maroons earned him Player of the Game honors. The 6-foot-6 forward tallied 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 assists, leading the Green Archers to a thrilling 76-75 victory.
