Watch: Drug pusher killed in Cabanatuan caught on cam

An incident of killing a drug pusher was caught on cam in Cabanatuan City.

The victim was shot died on a highway were so many passers have seen the crime. According to the report the victim was already jailed  but the case was dismiss.
