As a response to North Korean action, South Korea and United States on Wednesday conducted a joint ballistic missile exercises. Missile units of South Korea and the US were carried out joint ballistic missile drills in the East Sea at 7 a.m. local time(2200 GMT on Tuesday).
South Korean defense force mobilized Hyunmoo-II ballistic missiles and the eight US Army's ATACMS ground-to-ground missiles to show their combined force capability during emergency situation.
