An SUV has fallen off the water of Cebu port - Video

Cebu City - A vehicle has fall down in a port in Cordova, Cebu Wednesday afternoon. According to the report the SUV is not in a hand brake mode  causing it to fall down the water. Passengers named Ramon Cosio, Reymund Gascun, Ramon Ponce and the two kids reportedly in good condition as they survive the accident. The group is came from an island-hopping going back to their place.
