Korean K-pop boy group BTS is in spotlight as it spoke at the United Nations headquarters in New York on Monday. The group was among the first K-pop band to top the Billboard had made the chance to spoke about their advocacy "Love Myself," a campaign in support of UNICEF's youth initiative,"Generation Unlimited."
"I want to hear your voice, I want to hear your conviction. No matter where you're from, skin colour, gender identity, just speak yourself. Find your name and find your voice," said BTS leader Kim Nam-joon, aka RM who spoke in behalf of the group.
Three years ago members of the United Nations agreed to conquer poverty, offer the best education, trainings and employment to millions of youth around the globe by 2030.
