A concerned citizen shared a photo in his Facebook account showing a garbage scattered everywhere. Cesar Butamante Beloria Jr. shared his disappointment on the photos of the aftermath of the MassKara Festival celebration.
"This is where people don't respect the law or their leaders.
"Next time, if there is next time, leaders should be conscious of this as well. there are cities where people are afraid to do this. It is a reflection on how we run things," Beloria wrote in his post.
