On the left, doodle showed a quill pen which Rizal used as a greatest weapon in his time for his works and writings, as he fought for the freedom of the Filipinos. On the right side is the magnifying glass to represent his occupation as a ophthalmologist.
Behind the doodle of his face shows part of his writings, while below is a drawing of two of his famous books, which is believe to be the Noli Me tangere and El Filibusterismo.
