Facebook user April Christelle T. De Leaon from Lingayen, Pangasinan has an impressive collection of more than 200 medals she received from various occasions. The 16-year-old has gone viral after sharing this huge number of medals from academic excellence to the world of pageant.

She earned several awards as Miss Earth, Miss A1, Lakambini ng Wika, and Miss United Nations. She is also active from extracurricular, an editor-in-chief of The Gulf View (Pangasinan NHS) and The Sea Breeze (Lingayen I CS), two multi-awarded school organs in Pangasinan.
April is a consistent student who ranked first from Grade 1 to Grade 10. She completed her elementary as Valedictorian and received and exceptional highest honors during her Junior High School - with general average of 98-100.
“I posted it po kasi hindi ko na po sila madadala dito sa Chicago. I posted din po kasi wherever I may go, they will serve as a reminder that there was a time in my life that I have received those achievements. For whatever achievements I have, they are the fruits of sacrifices, perseverance and undying determination, believing that for every drop of tears I shed, for every defeat I suffered there is more than equal reciprocation.” It turned out she will spend the next 2 years in Chicago, Illinois as she completes her Senior High School. But she plans to come back to the Philippines to study at the University of the Philippines (UP), taking a degree in Biology as she plans to proceed to Medicine.
April shared this photos as she bids goodbye to her school and get ready for her college in the U.S.
“These memories will forever be treasured and will always be with me wherever I go. Goodbye Lingayen, Pangasinan…” April wrote.
