Russia Is Sending Human-Like Gun-Shooting Robot To The Space Station Next Week

The Russian space agency, Roscosmos is preparing for the first ever semi-autonomous robot named Fedor that will be sent up to the International Space Station next Thursday.

Fedor, which was previously shown in a 2017 video shows firing guns, can steer wheels, climb out of cars, use power tools and even lift up weight with up to 44 pounds at a time.

The 6-foot tall Fedor that can crawl, stand up after falling down is expected to help Russian research and construct Russian empire to the moon and beyond other planets in space, according to the Daily Mail.

The robot will board Soyuz MS-14 spacecraft on 22 August.
