Filipino Chocolate Brands Bag Awards at the International Chocolate Competition

A proudly Filipino chocolate brands are now gaining popularity in the international competition. The Asia-Pacific leg of the 2019 International Chocolate Awards announced the winners held in the country of Pingtung, Taiwan.

Over 900 products registered from more than 130 companies from all around the Asia-Pacific region, and local brands from Philippines are among those big winners. Overall 'best in competition' received Gold were awarded for the category of best bar in the combined dark and combined milk chocolate categories. 

Auro chocolate is a newly-established bean-to-bar chocolate company in the Philippines where the sources of their cocoa beans is directly from local farming from Davao, which bagged five awards in different categories.
