Friends call for justice to the 23-year-old Chemical engineering graduate who found dead inside a budget hotel in Manila. The victim was identified as Billy Ferolin of the University of Mindanao, his body was found at the hotel's comfort room with stabbed wounds in a budget hotel along Jhocson St. Brgy. 407 District 4, Sampaloc, Manila on November 1, around 8AM.
According to the report, Ferolin was in Manila last July 2019 to attend review classes for his upcoming board exams this November.

Capt. Henry Navarro, chief of the Manila Police District Homicide Section said that no identification cards have been found in the crime seen. However, the authorities described the suspect as a male, around 5'8" in height and at the age of around 25-30 years old.
It seems that the victim and the unidentified suspect know each other as they both checked inside a budget hotel at around 4:95 A.M. on Nov. 1.
