Dubai's Police Force Will Soon Be Patrolling In With Tesla Cybertruck

Dubai's police force are the first to impressed with Tesla's newest Cybertruck which was unveiled earlier by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The crowd are in cheers for the actual tests including smashing car window which turned out a disaster during the event.

The Dubai Police shared this week an image of the all-electric pickup via Twitter, saying that the Cybertruck will be joining the fleet in 2020. However, the company has announced that production of the electric truck won't begin until at least 2021.

Dubai are known to its supercars fleet for its police force which includes a mighty Porsche 918 Spyder, Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77 and a Ford Mustang.

Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri informed Arabian Business that the new vehicle will be in charge of patrolling major tourist areas in the city, such as the Burj Khalifa, La Mer, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.

According to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, by Thanksgiving weekend, more than 250,000 people had put down a $1,000 pre-order deposit for the Cybertruck.
