Senator Manny Pacquiao's foundation to receive 50K COVID-19 test kits from Chinese billionaire Jack Ma

Chinese billionaire Jack Ma will be sending 50K coronavirus testing kits to the Philippines, Senator Manny Pacquiao announced on Tuesday, March 17.

In an Instagram post, the senator said the donations will be shifted through Ma's charity, in partnership with Manny Pacquiao Foundation.

"We're excited to announce the Jack Ma Foundation, in partnership with Manny Pacquiao Foundation, is pledging 50,000 test kits to combat COVID-19 in the Philippines," Pacquiao said.

Meanwhile, Ma is also set to donate 500,000 testing kits and 1 million masks to the US -  while 20,000 testing kits, 100,000 masks and 1,000 protective suits each in the 54 African countries.
