Forcing anyone to marry with somebody without that so called love could be a toughed decision, so, some people came up with a desperate scenario for them to escape.

A lad from Shanghai, China, who was due to marry his girlfriend, suddenly realized he didn't want to spend the rest of his life with her, so he decided to steal a speaker to get out of marrying his girlfriend. Mr. Chen, who was detained after stealing a Bluetooth speaker worth 2,000 RMB ($285) has told his partner that he had had change of heart, but he couldn't break himself to do that, so he did to steal something to get arrested on purpose.
That confession from Mr. Chen had amused investigators with a smile on their face which quickly spread online.

When asked why he chose to steal, Mr Chen told officers at Xinhua Road Police Station:
"Because my girlfriend wants to marry me, but I don’t want to marry her. I knew I would be caught. I actually wanted to walk away, but I was angry. My girlfriend wants to get married, but I don’t want to. I knew you would find me, though I didn’t think it would be so fast."
His goal, after all, was to be identified and charged with theft, only he didn’t expect police to show up on his doorstep as fast as they did. When questioned about his motives, the man didn’t shy away from telling the officers the truth.

Chen also hoped that what he did will worked to disappoint his girlfriend so she would then break up with him. He's currently in custody for the minor offense, however, it's unclear whether his plan worked and his girlfriend broke off with him.
