Cat visits late owner's grave every morning for two years in Malaysia

A loyal cat in Malaysia has keep on visiting her deceased owner's grave every morning for two years now, according to the late owner's daughter Hazlynn Nozi.

“But six-year-old Nana had a special bond with dad. She was extremely close to him.

“Nana has been visiting dad’s grave every morning and it would just sit down, or even sleep, next to his grave,” Hazlynn told Malay Mail

Her late father who was a retired teacher loved Nana so much, where he always fed his cat every morning before going for prayer at the mosque beside their house where he was buried.

“Nana always followed dad to the mosque and waited for him to finish his prayers before she followed him back home,” Hazlynn continued. “There was a bond that this particular cat had with dad as compared to the other cats at home,” she added.

When her father passed away two years ago, Nana lost her appetite and lost some weight.

“She was better after three months and started eating normally but she would also linger around where dad spent his time — like on the swing which was dad's favourite spot or even sit on his old car.

“And she has been loyally visiting his grave since he passed away two years ago.”

The pictures of Nana, the cat were shared on Facebook group Kelab Pencinta Kucing Malaysia.
