Unarmed mother and son were shot and killed by Parañaque City cop in Tarlac province, Sunday, December 20.
Reports says Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca arrived at his neighbor's home along with his daughter at about 5:10pm.
After a heated confrontation, he shot his victims, Sonya Gregorio, 52 and her son Frank Anthony Gregorio, 25 before leaving the crime scene.
The shocking incident was captured on video and has gone viral on social media with netizens sharing clear screenshots of Nuezca and his daughter's face.
