The future of sleeping and having a cup of coffee into a luxury hotel in space is definitely becoming a reality very soon.
It sounds like a scene from a sci-fi movie, but a hotel called Voyager Station will be your post pandemic travel destination that will allow travelers to sleep and experienced the breathtaking view on space.
Orbital Assembly Corporation (OAC), a space constructions company revealed that they will building futuristic commercial hotel in space which is expected to open by 2027. The company announced that they will begin building the space station that would accommodate 280 guests and 112 crew members in 2025.
"We're trying to make the public realize that this golden age of space travel is just around the corner. It's coming. It's coming fast," said Blincow at CNN interview.
The design is look-like a spinning wheel that would produced "varying levels of artificial gravity by increasing or decreasing the rate of rotation."
"We're designing the tools and machines right now that can build these structures very quickly," Blincow added.
