It's always more fun looking at a couple with their work out goals. That certainly seems to be the case for celebrity couple Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay who enjoy the gym together.
In any case, besides strengthening their relationships with extra time to bond as they sweat their way through jogs, yoga and weights, the two are strengthening their already amazing bodies.
On her latest Instagram post, Ellen Adarna shared a photo of her flexible body.
"You’re Lucky I’m naturally flexible," she wrote.
Ellen has always stayed in great physical shape and stepped up her fitness goal when she found Derek.
