Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 Thuzar Wint Lwin lost her luggage in Los Angeles on May 6, according to a pageant page Sash Factor post on Instagram.
A private conversation between Miss Myanmar and an unidentified person was posted calling for help.
"It was airline fault they didn't bring my luggage." Lwin said.
All my dresses and evening gown are in that luggage i have nothing to wear now.. i have been asking airport and trying everything i can they don't even know where mu luggage is," she added.
On a separate post, the pageant page later thanked the National Director of Miss Universe Vietnam (Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng), National Director of Miss Universe Colombia (Natalie Ackermann), and Filipino-American Kristen Regalado, who offered help to the Burmese beauty queen.
Despite the current political conflict in Myanmar, Thuzar left the country and had a stopover in Los Angeles to compete in the 69th Miss Universe pageant.
