 Gilas Pilipinas bounced back as they defeated Saudi Arabia in front of more than 19K strong crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena, Monday.

Jordan Clarkson started the heat with his window 4 buzzer beater as he throws from near half court in the first quarter of the game.

The game ended 84-46 denying Saudi Arabia by 38 points in a surreal Philippine basketball match at the 2023 Fiba World Cup Asian qualifiers.

Jordan Clarkson led Gilas with a dazzling 23-points as he live to his promised of returning back after being defeated in Lebanon.

Kai Sotto also gave his share with a double-double shot of 16 points, 13 boards, and four blocks. He will be heading back to Australia for his second season for Adelaide 36ers.

Dwight Ramos finished with nine points, six rebounds, and two assists. He said, he didn’t appreciate the fans booing Gilas Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes during the game against Saudi Arabia.

"We're one team," Ramos said in an interview.

Meanwhile, President Bongbong Marcos joined the crowd to cheer for Gilas Pilipinas.
