Hidilyn Diaz won 3 gold medals at the 2022 IWF World Weightlifting Championships in Bogota Columbia.
The Tokyo Olympic gold medalist, Hidilyn tallied a total lift of 207kg to defeat Rosalba Morales of Colombia and Ana Gabriela Lopez of Mexico.
Hidilyn bested three gold medals in the women's 55kg category. The World champion cleared 93 kg on the snatch and 114 kg on clean and jerk for a total lift of 207 kg.

Winning at the IWF World Weightlifting is a huge boost to Diaz to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics and to defend her title in the Summer Games.
