Persons behind the death of Yvonette "Yvonne" Chua Plaza are facing murder charges as Special Investigation Task Group have been presented their final investigation.
Eight Philippine Army officers, including a general are tagged in the killing. Philippine Army's B/Gen. Jesus Durante III was found to have allegedly masterminded the death of Davao-based model-businesswoman, according to a testimony of the alleged gunman.
In a screenshot of CCTV footage showed two assailants in front of Plaza's rented house at the Green Meadows subdivision in Barangay Tugbok, Davao City last Dec. 30 appeared and shot her in closed distance.
The two motorcycle-riding suspects identified as Corporal Adrian Cashero and Private First Class Delfin Sialsa have both gave their statements to the authorities.
Investigators also said that they found evidence from the victim's laptop and cellphone that Plaza and Durante has a relationship.
