Megaworld give luxurious condo on Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo

Olympic double gold medalist Carlos Yulo received a lavish 3-bedroom condominium unit as a reward for his exceptional athletic achievements.

The 32 million unit, located in McKinley Hill, was formally turned over by Alliance Global Group President and CEO Kevin L. Tan and Megaworld President Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso.

The 100-square-meter condo comes fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances, creating a perfect haven for the Olympian to unwind. Four smart TVs, including one in each bedroom, cater to Yulo's entertainment needs.

The kitchen is a culinary haven with a refrigerator, four-burner cooktop with oven, microwave oven, and even laundry appliances. A gaming console adds to the condo's leisure amenities.

The unit's interior boasts a sleek, contemporary design with special touches commemorating Yulo's historic win. A dedicated "memory wall" showcases framed news clippings documenting his journey, while a custom-made nesting coffee table features a replica of his Paris Olympics gold medal.

Two balconies, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, offer serene spaces for relaxation. A parking slot and a maid's room with a toilet and bath complete the condo's offering.

In addition to the luxurious condo, Yulo received a P3 million cash reward and a unique piece of art. Crafted by Megaworld employee Edimar Paclibar, the leaf art features Yulo's portrait, the 2024 Paris Olympics logo, and an iconic McKinley Hill landmark.
