One of the biggest ally of United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) running for presidential candidate Vice President Jejomar Binay now supports
Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. According to report on Friday, Duterte said
he has " forged an alliance"
with Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla.
"We have forged an alliance to support each
other," Duterte told reporters after his luncheon meeting with Remulla in
Pasay City.
Cavite is the second most numbered of voters in the country
with 1.84 million registered voters according to Commission on Elections.
In an interview in Pangasinan prior to the final
presidential debate last weekend, Binay said that he and Remulla remained
" best friends" despite speculations that the latter had already
shifted allegiances.
