PNP received 48 Heavy duty trucks

48 heavy-duty trucks will be distributed to different Regional offices in the country. The Philippine National Police(PNP) has acquired 48 units of brand new utility trucks to be utilized in support of troop movement and development, and other special operations such as civic actions, relief and search  and rescue(SAR) operations, Internal Security Operations, and other related activities, the PNP said.

All 48 trucks are ready for distribution in diffrent Police Regional Offices (PRO) and National Support Units(NSUs).

The said acquisition of the new trucks has the total contract of P144,333,600 sourced from the Capability Enhancement Program (CEP) fund CY 2014 with approved budget of P153,600,000.

Distribution of units will be as follows: PRO1 (2), PRO2 (2), PRO3 (2), PRO4A (2), PRO4B (2), PRO5 (2), PRO6 (2), PRO7 (2), PRO8 (2), PRO9 (2), PRO10 (2), PRO11 (2), PRO12 (2), PRO13 (2),PRO COR (2), PRO ARMM (2), PRO18 (2), PRO NCRPO (5), NSUSs (8), Command and Reserve (1).
