How to register on PRC Online System - The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is now full introducing and utilizing their online registration for Licensure Examination and Information System or the LERIS V2.

The PRC is delivering its services to a faster and hustle free into a wide range of people from those who are applying for the examination and to those board examinees passers who will renew their professional identification cards.

This LERIS V2 system is said to be more faster and organized service to all professionals nationwide. Currently the said system is utilized by the PRC in delivering services to those board passers. Through the PRC Online Registration, board exam passers can register for their professional ID card and Certificate of Registration.

For board exam passers who wants to register for the issuance of their professional ID card and Certificate of Registration, here are the steps below when using PRC Online Registration:

1. Prepare the following: ID picture (jpeg format), email address and password, community tax certificate or cedula, and your personal information.
2. Go to Licensure Examination and Registraton Information System on the Website.
3. Complete the registration form requirements such as you personal information and the aforementioned information that you should prepare and read the terms of service.
4. Check your email account and click the Activated Account to verify your account.
5. Sign in using your email address and password, provide the information needed for your profile page, and upload a 2 x 2 photo of the regitrant wearing prescribed attire(with collar) with plain white background.
6. After uploading the photo, click on the botton for initial Registration and then the exmination.
7. Choose your profession and placed the Application Number located in your Notice of Admission or NOA to proceed.
8. Complete the process by choosing the PRC office, an appointment date and payment option.
9. Pay for the fee through your prefered payment option
10. Verify the status of the application and print the Oath Form
