A UST student who confessed how she was abused by her ex-boyfriend gone viral online after sharing extreme photos of her bruises in social media. A twitter user named Diane Kimberly C. Arcena revealed on her post how she was allegedly physically abused by her ex-boyfriend .
Kim started off with her reason for posting saying, "After a long time of considering you and what we had, I think it's about time I clear things up. I know this is long overdue but the feelings that held me hostage were the reason for me to be blinded of all your red flags. You weren't worth shit."
Arcena did not mention any name of his former boyfriend on her Tweets but some social media users identified him as Kyle Viray.
Kyle and Kimberly are both Biology student at the University of Santo Thomas (UST), it all started when Kimberly noticed the changes on his boyfriend who easily get angry over simple things, which led to a physical abused.

Apparently, another girl from the past named Gil showed text conversation and photo evidence of Kyle's violence.
In another social media post by a student, it says that the guy was allegedly punished with community service by the university. Many had reacted about the action of the university, were many feels like it was unfair to the abuses committed.
An institution should never be an enabler of abuse. We call on the UST admin to give proper sanctions fitting for the crime committed against these brave women. This is a testament that the feudal-patriarchal system in place allows for violence agaisnt women and culture of impu- pic.twitter.com/l4VFBgeKV9— Gabriela Youth (@gabrielayouthph) July 15, 2018
Kyle Viray’s abuse is everywhere. di sya sanay rumespeto sa babae is an understatement. & I don’t think a community service sanction is any better. it doesn’t guarantee a teaching for the abuser nor tolerates the action. kaya sana yung punishment can raise repentance para matuto— james (@jamezdlr) July 16, 2018
when people name their abusers, they want justice, they want awareness, they want to warn other people and reach out to those who have potentially been victimized. it's not selfish to call people out and it's not to cause a scene or gain clout. do you think it's fun to be abused?— J (@jughnn) July 15, 2018

Where do this guy get the guts to be this abusive? For turning tables? For begging Kim not to do something after all these emotional and physical wounds and trauma?— Samantha Patricia (@samariiano) July 15, 2018
We’re proud of your bravery for coming forward, Kimmy. Hoping that this would be dealt with justice. https://t.co/4XFKxqHi9r
