Bomb Threat Scares Student Of The University Of Sto. Tomas (UST)

Members of Manila Police District (MPD) Explosive and Ordnance Division was rushed to checked the bomb threat at the University of Sto. Tomas in Manila. A text message was circulated on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 morning, claiming that a bomb was supposed to explode at noon.

Manila, Philippines - Authorities found no signs of explosive after searched the campus of the University of Sto. Tomas in España Boulevard, Manila.

The text message was shared to Anakbayan-UST Organization Twitter account:"Dahil di na natuloy ang aming pagsabog kahapon sa Mapua University ay itutuloy namin ito sa UST Manila sa dapit alas dose ng tanghali. Ipasa ito at mabuhay ang New People's Army (NPA)."

On Tuesday night, the Mapua Institute of technology also received a bomb threat and NO BOMB was found.
