The former actor and Optical Media Board Chairman Ronnie Rickets was sentenced guilty over the released of confiscated pirated dics in 2010.

Sandigangbayan has sentenced the former actor with six to eight years in jail and even disqualifies him to run from any public office.
Glenn Perez, a computer operator at the OMB's Enforcement and Inspection Division is also convicted for graft, however EID head Manuel Mangubat and investigation agent Joseph Arnaldo were acquitted for insufficient of evidence.

The two could bail bond of P30,000 each for their temporary liberty upon waiting for the results of their appeal.
