Heads Up DOTA players! This year is truly a crazy time to be alive. Still months away but the prize pool for DOTA 2's 'The International 2019' tournament continues to balloon, as of the posting it reaches to $24,987,707 (PHP1,249,385,350).
Eighteen of the best Dota 2 teams in the world will clash for a chance to raise the Aegis of Champions and put their names in the esports history books.
Starting with the prize pool last May 9, now is the fastest from any year and most likely to break the Fortnite World Cup's $30 million prize.
Dubbed as the Aegis of Champions by The International, the five day full of excitement 'DOTA 2' will begin on 20th August to 25 August.
The International's tournament comes second to Fortnite competition on 2017-2018 that amassed a total prize of $100M around (PHP5B).
