A Filipino-Belgian beauty from Baguio City who represents the Philippines at the 2019 Miss Tourism and Culture Universe held in Yangon, Myanmar has won the 1st Runner-up title.
The 22-year-old Roxanne Baeyens also bagged the Miss Popularity award and top 5 of the national costume competition where she showcased a classic Filipino comics superhero attire of Darna.

- 3rd Runner up – Audrey Wafack, Cameroon
- 4th Runner up -Milissa Grande, Canada
- 5th Runner up – Sonia Ait Mansour, France
Meanwhile, the Cebu nurse Yves Campos was hailed as the 2019 Mister Tourism and Culture Universe (Mister TCU) on Saturday. The Cebuano bested 14 other male candidates from all over the world in the international pageant held in Yangon on August 31.
