The 29-year-old Filipino man proved that even disability can't stop him from achieving his dreams. Some dreams are difficult to achieve, but people with strong will are still able to achieve despite of difficulties.
Mark Agcoaili, who is a member of 'Isabela Artists Society ng Guhit Pilipinas' was hit by meningitis when he was 13 - a serious disease that resulted to his abnormality. Agcaoili is 85 percent paralyzed, but she found the strength to pursue his passion of becoming an artist. She draws incredible portraits using only her feet.
Many netizens lauded his work featured some of the biggest personalities in the country such as Miss Universe Catriona Gray, Manny Pacquiao, Raffy Tulfo and more.
