After they first worked for the 2018 MMFF entry "Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles," Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde ended a happy couple up to the present.
But, since we love seeing them work with one another, Arjo said in an interview with Nelson Canlas on "24 Oras," he and Mendoza will be reuniting in an episode on "Daddy's Gurl".
"I'm very happy that I got to work with her again, and again it's on her birthday, so it's extra special to me. And building memories with her, so this is all the memories together we are building, and I'm very happy," he said.
Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde are from different networks, but it's no question that the two remain strong and inseparable.

Meanwhile, Mendoza took part in an ABS-CBN event when she delivered an encouraging words for Atayde who renewed his contract with the Kapmilya network.
"I wish you more success in your career, more projects, more challenging and exciting roles. And please know that I am always here -- for you, with you, and always right behind you to give you my 110% support in everything that you do, and also to celebrate every milestone with you, like this one," she said in the video.

"There's so much in store for you, that I know for sure. Pero ngayon pa lang, sasabihin ko na sobrang proud ako sa 'yo -- sa mga narating mo at sa mga mararating mo pa. Just keep doing what you love. 'Yun lang, congratulations and love you," Mendoza added.
