People was horrified after a disturbing images of sea water around the boulevard which has mysteriously turned blood red have emerged in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental.
Authorities has yet to determine the reason behind the discolouration as they took water samples from affected areas.
