"Napakarami ang nangangarap na makapaglaro sa PBA at nakikita kong right timing na ito for me."

The former Colegio de Santa Ana de Victorias pride now has a chance to be with the guys who he was only watching on television.

"Kahit palagi dito naglalaro ang PBA, di ako nakakapanood kasi ang layo ng bahay namin at wala pa akong pamasahe at pambili ng ticket dahil sa sobrang hirap ng buhay," said the Bacolod native.

Manday, who transitioned to basketball from marathoner as his first sport never realized he could be draft especially that he never played in Manila, "so I am very thankful sa trust na ibinigay sa akin ng Revellers," Manday Said.

Manday has kept himself positive during the pandemic while also helping his family earn a living by selling fruits and seafood in Bacolod.

"Kahit na anong pwede pang ibenta para lang magka-pera para sa pamilya," he said.

For Manday who's from Brgy. Sum-ag, his goal is to give his family a better life.
