Anger from netizens grow over a viral video circulating online showing a cyclist doing steamy act along a sidewalk with homeless.
The video was captured by a motorist passing along the area where a man standing, allegedly doing awful. He was quick to stop when a group in the vehicle took his attention, leaving the homeless and went on to his bike.
The man was later arrested identified as Wilmor Galario y Gallego and he was charged under RA 8353.
