Sta. Rosa police have arrested a woman who drove a motorbike without wearing face mask, face shield and helmet despite being under a quarantine order.
Despite of her violations the woman could be heard arrogantly responding to traffic officers in the area. The video that has since went viral and was shared 42K times in social media earned more than 45K comments from disgusted netizens.
