LTO LAUNCHES "ISUMBONG MO KAY CHIEF" ONLINE PLATFORM FOR YOUR COMPLAINT

 The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is now accepting complaints online through "Isumbong Mo Kay Chief!"

The initiative aims to give people an access to report their complaint or give their suggestions for the improvement of the agency. By scanning a QR code which will be posted in all LTO district and offices nationwide, you will be directed to LTO website to fill-out the form for your complaint.

Complainant are required to fill out the form with some of the personal details, but the agency assured that they will kept your personal details private if you wish.
