Most part of Manila are flooded after heavy rains downpour and as tropical storm Henry made landfall on July 17, 2018. Most of the classes are suspended and cars drive through knee-deep waters.

PAGASA had announced Tuesday morning an orange warning alert in Metro Manila, Bulacan and batangas due to possible floods. Many of the social media users shared the video and photos happened in their places.
