Crowd went wild when Daniel Padilla offered a song dedicated to Kathryn Padilla during his fourth big concert, "D4: Daniel Padilla Back at the Araneta" in Araneta Coliseum on October 13, 2018.
Hours before the concert, Padilla received a short and heartwarming message from his girlfriend, Kathryn Bernardo. "Continue to inspire us through your music," Bernardo wrote on Instagram.
Kathryn was seen in tears while her boyfriend was offering her a song in front of thousands of fans inside the Araneta Coliseum. He sang his own rendition of Billy Joel's "Just The Way You Are."
The 23-year-old Daniel vocally expressed his gratitude and love to Kath by sharing those sweet gestures during the concert. Kathryn tried to wiped her tears to hide it to the audience but lucky fans had captured videos and photos of the surprising moment.
